Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Security Practices Director to lead security engagements for enterprise customers, focusing on Salesforce Platform security, data cloud, and Agentforce. You will guide customers through risk, controls, and compliance while partnering with Sales and Product teams to drive secure solutions at scale.

You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, refine delivery methodologies, and mentor teams on best practices in Salesforce security.

Qualifications

Experience delivering security assessments and governance for Salesforce environments.
Strong understanding of security controls and compliance frameworks (NIST/ISO/SOC 2) in Salesforce contexts.
Proven ability to lead client-facing security engagements and navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Excellent executive communication and ability to shape solutions in pre-sales contexts.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce customers.
Advise on security controls, governance, and compliance within Salesforce architecture.
Drive pre-sales efforts, discovery, scoping, and executive presentations.
Translate platform mechanics into risk and compliance terms for stakeholders.
