Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software or technical program/engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
• 5+ years leading SaaS product development programs, with a solid grasp of the SaaS business model and product development lifecycle.
• Deep, demonstrated experience in cyber security and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and experience navigating cross-functional, matrix environments with senior executives and teams alike.

Responsibilities

• Own technical program planning and delivery for security initiatives, defining requirements, impact, and a clear definition of done.
• Translate business objectives into execution strategy, and lead teams through delivery using agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with technology and functional leaders to keep programs focused on strategic objectives.
• Report program status to executive leadership with data-backed clarity, surfacing blockers and risks.
