Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software or technical program/engineering management experience.
• 5+ years leading SaaS product development programs.
• Deep experience in cyber security and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own technical program planning and delivery for security initiatives, defining requirements, business impact, and a clear definition of done.
• Translate objectives into execution strategy and lead teams through delivery using agile methodologies.
• Build trusted relationships with technology and functional leaders to keep programs aligned with strategic goals.
• Report program status to executive leadership with data-backed clarity, surfacing blockers and risks.
