Job summary

You will translate business objectives into execution plans, drive delivery in an agile product lifecycle, and build influential relationships to keep initiatives moving in a fast-moving, transparent environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software or technical program/engineering management experience.
• 5+ years leading SaaS product development programs.
• Deep experience in cyber security and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented; able to navigate cross-functional, executive-level teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical program planning and delivery for security initiatives, defining requirements, business impact, and a clear 'definition of done' broken into executable tasks.
• Translate business objectives into execution strategy, and lead teams through delivery using agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with technology and functional leaders to keep programs focused on strategic objectives, and hold stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
• Report program status to executive leadership with data-backed clarity, surfacing blockers, risks, and a clear path to resolution.
