Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director/Senior Manager of Adoption Programs to architect a proactive, cross-functional security adoption program across our accounts. This is a high impact role driving security adoption and alignment across Security, Product, and Customer Success teams.

You will design the Adoption Playbook, identify program gaps, and scale interventions to move customers onto the required control set, with regular executive updates and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Renewals, or Adoption Programs in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building and scaling large cross-functional programs.
• Experience leading compliance-driven or mandate programs for security controls.
• Proven executive stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to partner with data teams.
• Hands-on with Salesforce platform and ecosystem; knowledge of its security model.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale the Adoption Playbook for security controls adoption.
• Identify opportunities for structured programs to move customers from legacy postures to required controls.
• Establish cross-functional partnerships across Security, Product, and Customer Success to drive rollout plans.
• Create a clear reporting framework to track program progress.
• Regularly present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
