Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Services Practices Director to lead security engagements for enterprise customers, guiding design and operation of secure Salesforce environments. Focus on security controls, governance, and compliance across SaaS platforms.

You will partner with account teams to drive pre-sales, discovery conversations, solution scoping, and executive presentations, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of professional experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, or enterprise advisory.
• Experience at a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is required.
• Strong understanding of security controls frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls) for SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and manage complex stakeholders.
• Strong pre-sales and business development instincts; capable of shaping solutions and closing statements of work.
• Experience delivering security assessments, IAM reviews, data classification, or compliance readiness engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end security engagements for enterprise customers on Salesforce environments.
• Advise on security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance posture for SaaS platforms.
• Partner with account teams to drive pre-sales, discovery, scoping, and executive presentations.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior security stakeholders (CISO, CTO, VP IT Security).
• Develop and refine delivery methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets for Salesforce security.
• Support growth of security practice through thought leadership and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Trust to stay current on Salesforce security roadmap.
