Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a strategic Director/Senior Manager, Adoption Programs in Customer Success to architect and scale a proactive, cross-functional program that drives adoption of security controls across accounts. You will lead a global, scalable adoption process, moving from 1:1 interventions to program-led motions with executive visibility.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in CS or adoption programs, strong program leadership, and experience with compliance-driven rollouts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Renewals, or Adoption Programs within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Ability to build and scale large cross-functional programs and influence results without direct authority.
• Direct experience leading compliance-driven or mandate programs where customer adoption was a required outcome.
• Executive stakeholder management with internal senior leadership.
• Analytical mindset with ability to partner with data science teams to derive actionable strategies.
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including familiarity with its shared-responsibility security model.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design the Adoption Playbook: design, launch, and scale a comprehensive end-to-end program focused on driving customer adoption of priority security controls.
• Identify opportunities for structured programs to move customers off legacy security postures and onto the required control set.
• Cross-functional partnership: establish relationships across Security, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment on rollout plans and remediation progress.
• Reporting & impact: drive a clear reporting framework to track program progress.
• Executive presence: regularly present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
