Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Enterprise Account Executive for Cybersecurity (SLED) to drive new business and expand strategic relationships across C-suite. This full-time role supports our AI-enabled security platform and requires deep experience selling to state, local, and education accounts.

You will manage complex deals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor partners to win big opportunities while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales on a SLED team.
Experience selling cybersecurity products.
Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and internal teams.
Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate a broad virtual team.
