Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly organized Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert to join the DHS CDM PMO. You will provide architecture guidance for hybrid cloud and enterprise environments, evaluate security risks, and deliver actionable recommendations to strengthen cybersecurity posture.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with a Secret clearance, extensive DoD-aligned certifications, and hands-on experience with Azure/AWS, Linux, and data tools such as Databricks and Splunk.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with Secret Clearance.
• 15+ years in cybersecurity and enterprise IT with government interfaces.
• Strong cloud, Linux, and data analytics experience.
• Experience deploying and securing hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Review system designs, configurations, and architectures for cybersecurity posture.
• Provide input to system requirements based on security needs.
• Document best practices and lessons learned for future designs.
• Support IT service management and cyber security initiatives across design, development, and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess security across network, system, and application layers.
