Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cloud SME to architect and secure hybrid multi-cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, MilCloud) for USCYBERCOM. You will design the secure terrain hosting COIP and JCWA, ensuring high availability, scalability, and ironclad security for global missions.

You will lead large-scale cloud architectures, drive IaC, implement Zero Trust, and ensure RMF/ATO for new services, with a focus on DoD/IC compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT/Engineering with 6+ years in architecting DoD/IC cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS GovCloud and/or Azure Government.
• Proficiency in CI/CD with integrated security scanning (SAST/DAST).
• IAT Level III security credentials (CISSP/CASP+/CISM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of large-scale cloud architectures for DCO/OCO missions.
• Drive IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for repeatable environments.
• Implement Zero Trust Architecture with ICAM and micro-segmentation.
• Architect GPU-compute clusters and storage for AI/ML in mission data.
• Provide FinOps guidance to optimize cloud spend with burst capacity readiness.
• Lead RMF/ATO efforts for new cloud services and mission apps.
