Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Cyber IT Infrastructure Analyst to guide strategic cyber planning, systems integration, and modernization across a complex IT landscape. You will craft CONOPS and executive-ready documents while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and GO/SES priorities.

The role demands deep expertise in networking, cloud, data centers, and security controls, with a TS/SCI clearance and a track record of independent, high-stakes delivery within SAFe and ITIL 4 environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 12+ years in cyber planning, enterprise IT, or related fields.
Active TS/SCI US Security Clearance is required.
Proven ability to translate strategic guidance into actionable plans and COAs.
Experience with networking, cloud, data centers, servers, and communications systems.

Responsibilities

Lead cyber operational planning and joint design in accordance with JP 5-0.
Align planning with enterprise goals across LANs, WANs, cloud environments, and data centers.
Implement security controls and modernization across DoW IT environments.
Drive continuous process improvement within SAFe and ITIL 4 frameworks.
Prepare executive-level CONOPS, decision papers, and training plans for GO/SES audiences.
Coordinate cross-functional communications and manage multiple large-scale modernization initiatives.
