Job summary

Leidos seeks a highly experienced Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert to support the DHS CDM PMO. The role provides architecture and engineering leadership for secure hybrid cloud and enterprise environments, collaborating with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strengthen cybersecurity posture and deliver scalable solutions.

The candidate will translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance, while coordinating with senior leaders to evaluate technology needs,

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have a Secret Clearance.
• Advanced degree with extensive government experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years directly supporting and interfacing with government customers.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud services to build, manage and maintain cloud environments.
• Experience configuring and securing Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Review system design documents, configurations, and architectures; provide cyber requirements-based analysis and recommendations.
• Input to system requirements based on cybersecurity posture.
• Draft technical documentation and reports for customers or internal use.
• Support operations across multiple geographic locations and cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate cybersecurity data flows, interfaces, and data models; identify gaps and provide improvements.
