Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to support a large-scale cyber engineering program within a high-visibility DoW environment. You will partner with senior program leadership, technical leads, and engineering teams to plan and execute cybersecurity and IT modernization initiatives while managing schedules, risks, resources, and project deliverables.

Location is hybrid—3 days on site at Adelphi, MD—with U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity with 4+ years IT project management experience.
• Experience managing IT projects including deployment, modernization, cloud migration or web app development.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices and standards.
• Ability to manage schedules, risks, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Experience leading small technical teams and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cybersecurity and IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, priorities, and success criteria in coordination with leadership.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and elevate project risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams supporting infrastructure modernization, application development, cloud migration, and technology deployments.
