Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to drive sales of Optiv security services and technology solutions within a select geographic territory in Arkansas.

You will own the full sales cycle for assigned strategic accounts, leading a cross-functional team to execute multi-year plans and exceed client goals. You will build trusted relationships with client executives, develop plans aligned to their business and security objectives, and lead quarterly performance reviews with Optiv

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in product or services-based sales in a technology company, ideally cybersecurity.
• Experience building and executing territory and account prospecting and expansion plans.
• Proven ability to engage cross-functional resources (sales, pre-sales, services) effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-year strategic account management plans for top accounts.
• Create and manage a strong sales pipeline within assigned accounts (target >4x quota).
• Manage forecasts with accuracy and integrity.
• Communicate Optiv's value proposition for security services and technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to satisfy client goals and expectations.
