The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a senior claims professional to lead complex cyber and technology claims from investigation through resolution. You will work with defense counsel, underwriters, and vendors to contain incidents, analyze coverage, and negotiate favorable outcomes for policyholders and the company.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cyber/tech claims, strong negotiation and litigation capabilities, and a track record mentoring peers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted. JD preferred or equivalent legal/claims experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience handling Cyber & Technology claims with significant exposure.
• Experience across both first-party and third-party exposures is preferred.
• Recognized authority in negotiation and resolution of complex claims.
• Expertise in analyzing policy coverage, liability, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead complex case investigations and negotiate high-value claims.
• Analyze coverage, liability, and financial exposure, and master reserving strategy.
• Manage litigation strategy and coordinate with top defense counsel.
• Respond quickly to cyber events and support rapid incident response.
• Mentor other claim professionals and model best adjusting techniques.
• Provide reporting to underwriting and refine policy language with teams.
• Streamline workflows and contribute to special projects.
• Attend industry events and stay current on best practices.
