Qualificações

• Minimum of three years handling litigated coverage and/or liability cases.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred.
• Experience in Cyber & Technology, Privacy and Data Breaches, Media Liability recommended.
• Disciplined, results-oriented with focus on bottom line results.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a caseload of first party and third party Cyber and Technology claims.
• Investigate, analyze coverage, liability and damages.
• Coordinate with defense counsel and manage litigation.
• Present cases to management for reserve authority and approvals.
• Attend trials and mediations as needed.
