Qualifications

• Three years’ experience handling Cyber & Technology claims with significant legal, financial, and reputational exposure.
• Experience across both first-party and third-party exposures is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage litigation strategy and direct counsel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information and handle sensitive issues.
• Industry designations (CPCU, AIC) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex case investigations and negotiate high-value claims.
• Analyze coverage, liability, and financial exposure with mastery of reserving strategy.
• Manage litigation strategy and develop tailored resolution strategies with top defense counsel.
• Respond promptly to active cyber events, providing timely support to customers and rapid incident resolution.
• Mentor and develop other claims professionals and contribute to standards.
