Keeper Security is seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to join a high-performing B2B team. This role supports enterprise clients with strategic account management, renewal planning, and expansion opportunities across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success.
• Experience selling to Enterprise accounts and engaging C-level executives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide strategic guidance.
• Advise customers on best practices for security and value realization.
