Qualifications

• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and deliver updates.

Skills

Strong programming skills in JavaScript
