Job summary

Talkdesk is looking for a Sr. Partner Solutions Engineer in Boston, MA, responsible for driving partner growth and technical enablement across the US and Canada. This role requires extensive experience in CCaaS/CXA, supporting partners through technical leadership, enablement initiatives, and co-selling support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in technical roles involving AI technologies and unified communications integration. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Partner Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in the CCaaS/CXA sector.
• Solid experience working with TSB/TSD, Service Providers, and VARs.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements without direct management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design enablement plans for partner Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers.
• Support the development of Partner Competency Centers with effective technical support.
• Provide technical oversight to Partner sales teams on customer requirements and solution design.
