Job summary

The GEODIS team in Carson, CA is seeking a Senior Account Representative for Customs Brokerage to act as the primary customer liaison, select carriers, route shipments, and manage documentation with accuracy in the Cargowise system.

You will coordinate with international offices, review weight and volume, prepare rate calculations, and respond to inquiries while supporting invoicing and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customs brokerage or related field.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS and WMS software solutions.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Acts as customer service liaison between GEODIS and the customer.
• Selects carriers and routes based on shipment characteristics or client requirements.
• Processes documents and information requests in the Cargowise system.
• Coordinates shipping details with overseas agents and offices.
• Calculates rates, performs P&L analysis, and supports invoicing and data accuracy.
