• Minimum 3 years experience in customs brokerage or equivalent.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs and OGA clearance of freight.
• PC literate with experience in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the customer service liaison between the Company and the customer.
• Processes Custom and OGA entries for clearance of goods.
• Files document requests and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Maintains communication with customers, carriers, and vendors.
