Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Mentor junior staff and provide escalated support to resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate communication pathways for customer inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support Management to resolve concerns.
• Prepare shipping documents, including DOT hazardous material descriptors for shipments.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and manage invoicing and collections.
