Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and provide advanced support for complex issues.
• Prepare shipping documents and manifests with correct DOT descriptions.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and manage invoicing & collections.
• Coordinate waste profiling, pricing, and trucking logistics.
