Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Sr. Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service for waste treatment and disposal. You will be the escalation point for customers, respond to inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Billing to resolve issues.

You will mentor junior staff, handle complex inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation, manifests, and pricing. The role supports hybrid work and requires strong communication across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in a customer-facing role addressing customer needs.
• Hazardous waste experience preferred.
• Hybrid work availability in the Atlantic area.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and identify waste disposal solutions with sales.
• Coordinate with Operations, Billing, Transportation, and Approvals.
• Review hazardous waste manifests and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Prepare waste disposal profiles and schedule pickups.
• Assist with invoicing, billing adjustments, and collections.
