Job summary
Webigo AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success & Solutions Manager to partner with agency owners, enterprise clients, and partners. You will ensure rapid adoption, successful migrations, and measurable business growth while working remotely across the globe.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or technical onboarding in SaaS
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automations, and sales funnels
- High empathy and exceptional problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- English fluency; German, Spanish, or French are assets
- Experience with remote/global client management is a plus
Responsibilities
- Guide newly onboarded agencies through workspace setup, funnel migrations, and AI assistant training
- Conduct consultative strategic reviews to identify automation opportunities and workflow improvements
- Advocate for customers, relaying product feedback to engineering leadership
- Maintain high retention and drive expansion across enterprise accounts
