Job summary

GrowthX AI is remote-first and globally distributed, helping marketing teams connect SEO, content, and AI-driven workflows. You will own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of customers, driving value, renewals, and growth across marketing leaders.

You'll lead onboarding, adoption, health signals, and executive engagements, while translating performance into business impact. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration, and ongoing learning in AI-enabled marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or account management in B2B SaaS or high-touch agencies.
• Track record on strategic/enterprise accounts including onboarding, adoption, health management, QBRs and renewals.
• Experience with marketing buyers and understanding their budgets and metrics.
• Executive presence with experience running business reviews at VP/C-level.
• Hands-on exposure to SEO/content or ability to converse with practitioners.
• Frequent use of AI tools to improve work and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set account strategy and direction for each customer, with concrete recommendations.
• Own onboarding from kickoff to first value and drive adoption across the customer team.
• Monitor health signals and take proactive actions to protect and grow accounts.
• Manage multi-thread relationships with champions, users, and economic buyers; lead quarterly business reviews.
• Own renewal forecasting and expansion pipeline, building the business case for value.
• Bring customer feedback to product/strategy, showing evidence and patterns.
