• API exposure: interpreting logs, SQL queries, production integrations.
• Escalation and incident management: guiding senior stakeholders under pressure.
• Strong communication: simplify complex concepts for executives and practitioners.
• High EQ and customer advocacy: build trust and guide best practices.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Engineering to drive adoption and growth.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
