Trapp Technology is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Management) to lead strategic relationships with customers, including ArmorPoint. This role serves as the primary contact for assigned accounts, driving client satisfaction, renewals, and growth across remote and Phoenix-based collaboration.

As a liaison between clients and internal teams, you will translate needs into actionable plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure governance over contracted services.

Competenze

• 2+ years in the Computer Industry in a hands-on technical position.
• 4+ years in customer service.
• 1+ years in a leadership role (preferred).
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced, technically advanced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
