Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology- or business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years in technology, consulting, or enterprise account management roles.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and customer retention in SaaS or tech.
• CRM tools like Salesforce and Gainsight preferred; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers to drive business outcomes.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead executive engagement through business reviews to demonstrate value.
