Job summary

Wonderlic is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to expand our client base for Wonderlic Select and Wonderlic Develop. You’ll lead new-logo sales, build strategic relationships with decision-makers, and drive meaningful revenue growth.

You’ll excel at simplifying complex concepts, managing opportunities through the sales cycle, and ensuring a smooth handoff to Customer Success while staying informed about product offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS subscription-based sales.
• Proven quota-attainment in B2B, HR tech or pre-employment software.
• Experience selling to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise is a plus.
• Ability to build a self-sourced pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying and targeting potential clients and demonstrating value of Wonderlic’s solutions.
• Engage in strategic conversations to align with customer objectives.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle and close new business.
• Ensure smooth transition of won customers to Customer Success.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive conditions.
• Leverage curiosity to provide strategic insights and solutions.
