Horizon3.ai is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support Enterprise and Strategic accounts leveraging our NodeZero platform. You will become a trusted adviser, manage onboarding, drive adoption, and guide customers through renewals while working with cross-functional teams to maximize value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer-facing SaaS or cybersecurity roles, with certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP preferred, and strong CRM/CS software experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Background in cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• Experience with CRM and customer-success tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts to drive adoption.
• Develop trusted adviser relationships and guide onboarding and renewals.
• Relay customer feedback to product and services teams for improvement.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to enhance cybersecurity posture.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
