Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS or strategic consulting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive influence.
• Ability to handle objections and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Ability to clarify roles and align collaborators as the central resource.
• Salesforce Certifications relevant to AI, Cloud, and sales/service clouds.
