Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager, a highly strategic contributor responsible for driving business impact across Salesforce’s Signature customers in complex multi-org environments.

You will be the primary strategic partner, aligning customer goals with Salesforce products, managing ROI-driven engagements, and delivering value through the Signature program across internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or related strategic consulting fields.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
• Strong communication and executive-level influencing skills.
