Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to drive long-term value for General Contractors, Specialty Contractors, and Owners. This remote role requires residence in Ontario or British Columbia, with up to 50% travel to client sites and events.

You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure customers achieve measurable ROI and platform adoption, leveraging analytics and industry best practices to guide success.

Competenze

• 5+ years of direct experience within the construction sector.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success, Technical Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting).
• Ability to translate raw data and customer requirements into actionable insights.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, CS, or equivalent.
