Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to drive value and adoption across our customer portfolios. Remote role open to residents in Ontario or British Columbia, Canada.

You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to maximize ROI and guide customers through complex technical needs. You will travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, delivering on-site consultations and participating in industry events to strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in the construction sector.
• Strong background in customer-facing technical roles and consultative problem-solving.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive platform adoption.
• Excellent communication and virtual presentation skills.
• Experience with platform architectures and cloud capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable recommendations to maximize platform ROI and drive operational improvements.
• Architect and present value-focused solutions to accelerate software adoption.
• Keep leadership informed on roadmaps and new features for ongoing value realization.
• Act as a technical advisor guiding customers through complex needs and escalations.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Maintain deep expertise across Procore's platform capabilities and offerings.
• Mentor teammates and refine processes to elevate global engagement.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally for on-site consultations and events.
