Procore Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Engineer I to drive long-term value creation and technology adoption across our customer portfolios. You will collaborate with customers, Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to maximize ROI and measurable performance gains.

You will report to the Manager, Customer Success and work remotely from Ontario or British Columbia, with up to 50% travel domestically and internationally for on-site consultations and events.

Competenze

• 1+ years of direct experience within the construction sector.
• Fluency in French (verbal and written).
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Customer Success or Solutions Consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering field.
