Job summary

Scandit is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for the US East Coast region. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, build and configure demos, and engage with engineering and product stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization.

You will be the customer advocate, coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful implementations and growth. Remote role with EST hours and East Coast focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing post-sales or technical-presales role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Software engineering background and/or experience with mobile development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
• Genuinely technical: you can read/write code, build integrations, or ship software.
• Strong communicator for business and technical audiences.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinker with enterprise IT architecture understanding.
• Highly organized with project management instincts and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of US enterprise accounts and drive adoption, retention, and growth.
• Guide customers through technical decisions and become a deep expert in Scandit's products and SDKs.
• Lead discovery conversations translating business needs into Scandit solutions.
• Help customers integrate Scandit into their IT and mobile ecosystems.
• Build tailored demos and share code snippets to unblock integrations.
• Run adoption reviews, workshops, and QBRs with technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify at-risk accounts and drive mitigation in collaboration with Sales.
