Job summary
Consensus is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth for our demo platform at large enterprise accounts. You will cultivate executive relationships and align product value with business objectives.
You will coordinate across Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Support to deliver on commitments, manage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining a strategic, client-focused approach in a remote-friendly environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success.
- Experience working with C-Levels and executive leadership.
- Technical aptitude with SaaS technologies.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with executives at Fortune 500 accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
- Coordinate with Product, Services, Sales and Support to deliver on commitments.
- Lead renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities.
- Track progress and report metrics to internal teams and clients.
