Job summary

Scandit is hiring a Customer Success Engineer for the US team. You will own customer outcomes end-to-end—adoption, value realization, renewal, health, and growth—and work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to maximize the Scandit investment.

This role blends technical acumen with relationship management, including demos and small integrations, and requires collaboration across engineering and product stakeholders to drive success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing post-sales or technical-presales role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Software engineering background and/or experience with mobile development.
• You can hold your own with engineers and discuss with product stakeholders.
• Strong communicator for both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key US enterprise accounts and drive adoption, retention, and growth.
• Guide customers through technical decisions with deep product knowledge.
• Lead discovery conversations translating customer needs into Scandit solutions.
• Build tailored demos; share code snippets and small integrations.
• Run workshops, adoption reviews, and QBRs with technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify at-risk accounts and lead mitigation; pursue expansion with sales.
