Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer in the United States. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization across the Securiti Data Command Center platform, driving long-term outcomes and identifying churn risk and upsell opportunities.

Your role requires hands-on DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance expertise, with a focus on measurable value for strategic and enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security or enterprise software.
• Experience translating business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value.
• Executive stakeholder engagement with CISO/CIO/Chief Privacy Officer.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup customer accounts, onboarding, and stakeholder orientation.
• Identify expansion opportunities and map product adoption to business outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and recommend DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance solutions.
• Perform health checks on data security, privacy, and AI governance posture; deliver value reviews.
• Monitor churn signals and define mitigation plans with renewal strategy input.
• Build business cases and schedule checkpoint reviews with stakeholders.
• Engage senior leaders with clear risk, status, and opportunity updates.
• Collaborate on adoption and expansion initiatives to drive customer success.
