Veeam Software is a Data and AI Trust Company focused on data resilience, security posture, and safe AI at scale. As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will own strategic customer relationships, drive tailored success plans, and guide adoption, resilience, and renewal across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales and leadership to deliver executive-ready reviews, risk assessments, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
Ability to translate objectives into technical roadmaps and outcomes.
VMCE certification required or obtained within hire timeframe.

Responsibilities

Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of Enterprise and Commercial Named accounts.
Build tailored Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and success criteria.
Guide activation, adoption, optimization, and renewal across the Veeam portfolio.
Conduct health assessments, architecture reviews, and protection strategy evaluations.
Assess recovery readiness and provide strategic recommendations to improve resilience.
Facilitate recovery simulations and best-practice discussions to strengthen confidence.
Monitor health signals and adoption trends to mitigate risk and improve retention.
Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and value realization.
