Job summary

Faraday is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success professional to lead implementations from contract to live production across EIQ, Permits, and Rebates within our NYC office. You will conduct discovery, design bespoke configurations, and launch customer solutions while driving time-to-live improvements.

You will own ongoing account health, adoption, and renewals, acting as the primary liaison between customers, ops, engineering, and leadership to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role where you owned outcomes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from contract to live production across EIQ, Permits, and Rebates.
• Lead discovery sessions to map current workflows and edge cases.
• Design, test, and launch tailored solutions for each customer.
• Drive time-to-live down and build reusable templates.
• Manage ongoing account health, adoption, and renewals; be the single point of contact between customer and Faraday teams.
