Qualifications

• Minimum four years in software eng., solutions eng., or related tech role.
• Minimum two years in a customer-facing technical role at a tech/startup.
• Experience as Forward Deployed Engineer or similar position.
• U.S. university degree in CS or closely related field.
• Strong software engineering, API, data, and debugging skills.
• Proven ability to translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; startup adaptability.
• Must reside within commuting distance of New York.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand objectives and requirements.
• Design, build, deploy and maintain customer-specific technical solutions.
• Translate customer needs into scalable engineering solutions.
• Manage implementations from discovery to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales and customer success teams.
• Integrate the platform with customer systems, APIs, data sources and infra.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, timely fixes.
• Communicate complex concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather feedback to influence product and roadmap.
• Build reusable tools and processes for future deployments.
