Job summary

SalesEdge Solutions in New York City seeks a Director of Implementation & Onboarding to lead end-to-end client onboarding for a complex SaaS platform serving HVAC, electrical, and plumbing suppliers and contractors.

You’ll build repeatable processes, scale a team of Implementation Managers, and work closely with Client Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering to remove friction and accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Led or scaled an implementation/onboarding team in a complex SaaS environment.
• Experience delivering configurable product implementations and multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Proven ability to design repeatable onboarding processes and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the end-to-end implementation and onboarding function.
• Build repeatable workflows, playbooks, trainings, and systems for enterprise and SMB onboarding at scale.
• Define onboarding across organizational setup, workflow design, product configuration, and user training.
• Lead and grow a team of Implementation Managers, onsite and remote.
• Partner with Sales and CS on handoffs and scoping; coordinate with Product and Engineering to improve the roadmap.
