Job summary

Seismic is seeking a Customer Stories Manager to own end-to-end creation of customer case studies and success stories. You will partner with customers, account teams, and product marketing to uncover compelling stories and convert them into polished assets while leveraging AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.

You will build strong customer relationships, lead interviews, and ensure stories align with launches, campaigns, and sales priorities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in case studies, customer marketing, content marketing, or journalism.

Responsibilities

Own the case study pipeline end-to-end: identify strong customer stories, secure participation, conduct interviews, and write and publish finished assets.
Build genuine, trust-based relationships with customers and guide interviews with sharp follow-ups.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Executive Advocacy, References, and Groundbreakers teams to source candidates and align stories with launches and campaigns.
Use AI tools to accelerate interview synthesis, drafting, edits, and variations while keeping editorial voice and accuracy.
Travel 4-6 times per year for site visits, interviews, video shoots, and events.
Track case study performance and pipeline impact.
