Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Content Strategy, or related field.
• Proven ability to create compelling customer-facing content for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical platforms.
• Strong interviewing and storytelling skills with customer empathy and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer story pipeline from identification to publication.
• Develop processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and ongoing reference management.
• Create assets such as case studies, videos, executive interviews, testimonials, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Field teams to activate stories across campaigns, launches, events, and PR.
