Job summary

Seismic is looking for a Customer Stories Manager to own end-to-end creation of case studies and success stories that fuel our go-to-market motions. You will partner with customers, account teams, and product marketing to uncover compelling stories and turn them into polished assets, while using AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in case studies, customer marketing, content marketing, or journalism.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a track record of shipping polished content under deadline.
• Strong project management skills; able to juggle many stories with customers, legal, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the case study pipeline end-to-end: identify strong customer stories, secure participation, conduct interviews, and write and publish finished assets.
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with customers and lead interviews to capture the customer voice.
• Work cross-functionally with Executive Advocacy Manager, References Manager, and Groundbreakers Advocacy Manager to source candidates and align stories with launches and campaigns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate interview synthesis, drafting, editing, and research while preserving editorial voice and accuracy.
• Experiment with new AI workflows to increase output and turnaround speed.
• Manage legal/PR approval workflows to keep the pipeline moving.
• Repurpose case studies into sales one-pagers, web pages, social snippets, and video scripts with design/content teams.
• Travel 4-6 times per year for customer site visits, interviews, and events.
• Track case study performance and report on program impact.
