Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing customer stories for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, automation, cloud, or data platforms.
• Proven ability to create compelling customer-facing content that drives engagement and business impact.
• Experience working with senior customer stakeholders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Customer Storytelling Strategy with Leadership alignment.
• Own end-to-end customer story pipeline: identification, qualification, outreach, interviews, content development, approvals, publication, activation.
• Develop customer-friendly processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and reference management.
• Identify and address gaps across industries, personas, use cases, products, geographies, and sales segments.
• Recommend strategies to strengthen customer proof coverage in priority growth areas.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, interviews, and narrative development.
• Help customers articulate challenges, implementation journeys, outcomes, and future vision.
• Translate platform, AI, automation, workflow, integration, data and cloud capabilities into credible business value.
• Create and oversee assets: case studies, videos, executive interviews, sales decks, one-pagers, testimonials, keynote content, award submissions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Field teams to activate stories across campaigns, launches, events, and PR.
• Support Sales and Customer Advocacy: maintain referenceable customers, manage requests, and prepare sales-ready proof points.
