Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will align cross-functional teams across supply chain, data, pricing, and government programs to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

The role emphasizes NDC-12 readiness, contracts and controls, and collaboration with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized or specialty supply models.
• Strong SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including order processing and billing.
• Escalate operational, customer, supply and billing issues for third-party operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, SAP, serialization, and pricing.
• Align requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and manage risks, dependencies, readiness metrics.
• Engage with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness.
